Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Because each collar is handmade and custom sized, please contact me first so we can discuss the best solution.
Custom and personalized collars may still be returned if they do not work out. Items must be returned in good condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my part.
