Wide collar on a small dog. Star weight 26lbs. This collar is made for a 13.5″ neck it is 1 1/2″ wide tapering to 3/4″ buckle. The taupe gray is distressed with a dark colored flag. The red is alittle more rust colored and the white is cream.

I make each collar after you order. The neck size you give me becomes the center hole, with room to adjust a little tighter or looser.
